The primary application is targeted recovery of subsurface mineral-bearing material, where conventional access and material movement can materially affect project economics.

This methodology is particularly relevant in marine environments, where water depth, overburden and extraction limitations create challenges for conventional methods.
A different tool for difficult material.
The method is designed to improve flow density in compacted soils over conventional methods, with increased flow density of up to 40%+ solids by weight, where conventional dredging and extraction approaches are inefficient or ineffective.
Targeted subsurface removal.
The technology has the potential to precisely target and extract contaminated groundwater or soil at depth without the need to remove overburden, significantly reducing clean-up costs. It may also allow injection of treatment options to improve in-situ treatment outcomes.
