    Derek Thielmann, Founder. Inventor and founder of Empire Mine & Dredge, with over 26 years of experience across the transportation and construction industries, having directed more than $10B in infrastructure development across North America.

  • Marc Hewison, Chief Executive Officer

    Marc Hewison, Chief Executive Officer. Co-founder of Woslee Construction Co. Ltd. in 2001, with more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry across Canada and the Caribbean.

  • Marc Ungar, VP, Operations

    Marc Ungar, VP, Operations. Over 35 years in construction and heavy equipment, with expertise spanning dredging, mining, pumping systems and government regulation.

  • Andrew Lee, General Manager, Tagiuk Gold

    Andrew Lee, General Manager, Tagiuk Gold. Over 20 years gold mining the near-shore waters near Nome, Alaska, and a recognized expert in marine mining methods in the region, having designed, built and operated mining vessels from small prospecting rigs to some of the largest in the area.
